Yoga Therapy & Classes in Brisbane

Yoga, to us, is more than movement or stretching. It is a philosophy and a way of living that supports your whole wellbeing. Whether you come for a one-to-one yoga therapy session or a welcoming group class, our aim is to help you feel grounded, connected, and more at home in your body.

What is yoga therapy?

Yoga therapy is a one-on-one, person-centred approach that uses all the elements of yoga therapeutically to support people with a range of physical, emotional, and mental health needs. It is supportive and complementary to other forms of therapy, enhancing your overall health and wellbeing.

Together we establish an individualised, structured, and evolving program that fits you and your lifestyle. Where helpful, we form a team with your other allied health therapists and medical practitioners, so your yoga therapy complements your other treatments.

Yoga therapy can support you with

Physical disability, neurodiversity, healthy ageing, menopause, anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, chronic fatigue, and regulation of the nervous system. It can also support mobility, strength, recovery from injury and surgery, sleep disturbances, chronic pain, breathwork, and musculoskeletal issues affecting muscles, bones, joints, and connective tissue.
