Counselling

Counselling in Brisbane

Life can feel heavy at times, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. We offer solution-focused counselling for individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, caring responsibilities, and life transitions, online or in person.

A solution-focused approach

Our approach is Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, a strengths-based way of working that focuses on what is already working and how small changes can create meaningful improvement. Together we clarify what matters to you and take achievable steps forward, at a pace that feels right.

Sessions are supportive, collaborative, and grounded in real life. Support is available both online and face to face, with flexible appointment times including evenings and weekends where needed.
